Deck screeners utilize a vibrating motion to separate materials. The vibration causes the smaller particles to sift through the openings in the screens, while the larger particles remain on top.
The separated materials are then conveyed to separate collection points or further processing stages.
Trommels operate by rotating a perforated cylindrical drum, causing the material to be fed into the drum to undergo centrifugal force and tumbling actions.
Smaller particles pass through the perforations in the drum wall, while larger particles are ejected at the end of the drum. The separated materials are then collected and channeled to their respective destinations.
Stockpile conveyors are powerful and versatile pieces of equipment designed for stockpiling and conveying a wide range of materials in construction, mining, and recycling applications.
